MSB Haidery Front Elevation

Progress steady in MSB

School building project

Haidery Karachi The new MSB School under construction on North Nazimabad Haidery Area is no longer a mere shell.

As the building takes shape, contractors are finishing up the roof, exterior walls and windows so that interior work on the Rs.100 million  pkr structure can get underway in early fall.
During July and August, you'll see the brick, precast stone and windows installed, so when the students return in the end of August they'll be looking at a real building with elevation in place of the one storey they saw in May.
The 7th class of 2011 2012 would be satisfied to see the newly constructed school, hence the old premises is slated to be demolished once the new building is complete. The project timeline calls for pre primary students to move from the old school to the new building during the end of August 2012. The 1 to 8 classes will follow till the start of next academic year August 2013. The new building is going up on the same 3-acre parcel as the old one.
The new MSB school is 52 percent to 58 percent complete, according to the MSB School Building Committee. The project remains on schedule and hope it ends well soon.
